HHH had been very high on Edge that he got him off Smackdown just so that they could work together, but it hasn't come about since then due to the fan's reactions. Many have noticed that Edge gets booed in the more "hardcore" arenas such as Madison Square Garden, but the feeling is that most of the booing is due to Randy Orton always being put over everyone and fans liking him more because they think that he's "cool."

Why? Edge is doing good on Raw thusfar. He could use a new gimmick, but he's doing fine.

I thought this was old news.

It's not even really news, just the fact that Edge kind of sucks right now.

I think he's a great talent and everything, but his personality right now is too damn cookie cutter.

I think having him and Orton doing a flip flop would work out great for both of them. Orton is about to turn face no matter what, and he's fine either way. I'd like in turn, to see Edge revert back to a modified, slightly more main event ready version of his "E&C" self, and possibly ally with Evolution to take Randy's spot.

As it is now, it's not working out for Edge.

I don't think Edge really needs a new gimmick all together. I think he just needs a upgrade of some sort. He's too rusty for a huge push right now, but I'm hopefull he'll shake off this ring rust. I mean, the fans still seem to like him a lot.
