Roseanne gets the most unwarranted praise out of any TV show, EVER.
Absolutely NOTHING on that show is entertaining. A bunch of unfunny jokes, stupid plots, and a fat woman with the sex appeal of lukemia. Relate this topic to you however you can. I'm not gonna give you an objective. |

It was a new direction for a sitcom in it's day. I always hated it, but that was it's big appeal.

That show was actually decent. Goodman was excellent in the Father role. When he had to be serious, you felt it, when he had to be funny, you laughed. He was a great all-around character.

Yeah, honestly, I don't know anyone who actually likes the show, but yeah it gets a lot of praise.
