Magic to KC?
 

I don't know if this hit ESPN or anything, but the KC sports radio was going crazy yesterday because the Orlando Magic may move to Kansas City...real soon.

The Magic wants a new stadium, but the city isn't giving it to them, and if they don't they have very little legal ties to Orlando and KC has the Sprint Center already build just waiting for a team.

Thoughts, opinions, banter?

The thing that pisses me off most about American sports is the ease with which an entire franchise can be moved a very long way and renamed. Coast to coast in the case of the Giants and Dodgers.

Yeah i dunno, I guess KC hasn't had a team in a while and Orlando isn't doing anything to keep them but meh.

Being the only person from Kansas City that postes at tpww, I don't care. I hate basketball.

Move them to Vancouver!

Theres really no reason for them to stay in Orlando when Kansas City is offering what they want. Orlando has no fans and a crappy building they aren't willing to touch, why should the team stay there and lose money?
