PC Boot Problem
My PC won't boot when I have the speaker wire plugged in.
It makes a longer beep, but stays on doing absolutely nothing. If I turn the PC off, and unplug the wire, it works alright, however it's annoying plugging it in when the PC's loaded, and having to unplug it afterwards too. |
Have you recently changed something? Either software or hardware.
I'd honestly check for a BIOS upgrade or sound card drivers, by the sound of it |
No nothing.
I installed a game, but it's been installed before and it was fine then. I've had the motherboard about a year now I'd say, and it's only started doing this recently, and it was only yesterday I realised what was causing it. |
