Avatars?

Does anybody know where I can find a site with some avatars? I've searched on Google and didn't find any all that great. I was ask NoJabbaNoBogRoll to make me one but I believe he's out of the avatar making business.

Find a picture you like, resize it to 64x64 (and less than 19k) then upload.
