It looks like its the best for both worlds there. Pretty respectable statement there though.

The best was they told Stephen Davis and he thought they were joking... then he turned on his cell phone and had 8 messages.

Davis had multiple 1,000yd seasons and pro-bowls and spurrier didn't offer him a new contract because he "didn't fit into his game plan"

He's a college coach, plain and simple. Some guys can't coach the NFL, and he's one of them.

Pete Carroll is another, but I like him right where he is. :)
