Note to UK viewers about Taboo Tuesday

Raw will air at 11:00pm on Tuesday October 19th 2004. The Taboo Tuesday PPV will air immediately after the show. 5 hours of wrestling that night.

Well done to Sky. They could have easy not shown the show live or showed it live and had the Raw episode that aired in the States the day before air 2 days after in it's normal slot. At least someone cares about the WWE audience.

Oh yeah, WWE also signed a 5 year extention to their BSkyB contract :y:

Can't say for sure. I know WrestleMania is a PPV show now though. With Taboo Tuesday being a Sky Sports show, my guess is that the new PPVs will be on Sky Sports with Mania being the only one going to PPV.

That's pretty good actually. Ideally they should have Raw on Tuesdays every week and use the new Thursday time slot for Smackdown, although because of the time difference it would mean that we would end up seeing Smackdown before America and I doubt they would let that happen.

:nono: ... well it's not exactly a surprise for WrestleMania to become PPV in the UK, but it's the best PPV to watch so it does make sense for the WWE to try and make as much money from that as possible

deathtrap 08-29-2004 10:28 AM

what's taboo tuesday?

deathtrap 08-29-2004 10:30 AM

doesnt matter

The Ravishing One 08-29-2004 01:51 PM

Well done Sky Sports :y:

deathtrap 08-29-2004 01:52 PM

So, how wil it be interactive?

LK 08-29-2004 04:53 PM

that is good news.

Jacko 09-03-2004 09:39 PM

yay

Cruiserweight 3:16 09-04-2004 12:28 PM

Apparently the WWE have not decided yet whether to make it interactive in the UK - read it in the DAILY STAR which means it MUST BE TRUE :shifty:

Disturbed316 09-04-2004 04:34 PM

Yes, because the Daily Star is such a credible newspaper....if you want boobs :naughty:

Thing is those women they show are usually as fake as the news they report...

Rob 09-04-2004 06:16 PM

Lucy Pindar? Michelle Marsh? Leilani?

Evolution 09-05-2004 05:58 PM

I think they originated in The Sun.

But good news about Taboo Tuesday. 11-4 wrestling. sounds like my bedroom habits ;) :naughty:

sensai86 09-05-2004 06:21 PM
