Who sang the theme tune for SummerSlam 2004 and Bad Blood 2003 and what was the name of the songs?

Summerslam 2004 was "Summer Time Blues" by Rush and Bad Blood 2003 was "Headstrong" by Trapt.

I did up a thread over at Rajah's that lists every single theme used by the WWE (plus some people threw in WCW and ECW too for fun)... not just PPVs, but wrestler themes done by real artists and such... maybe I should repost it here and someone could sticky it so as to eliminate a thread every month asking who does what PPV's theme?
