What is Titian Sports, Inc? Is it WWE's other name, their parent company, their old name, or what? Because I know that WWE now goes by the company name World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc, and for a few years went by the name World Wrestling Federation Entertainment, Inc... I've heard WWE HQ refered to as Titan Towers, and obviously, there's the Titiantron...

So, what's the deal?

Titan is the WWE's parent company. It's owned by Vince and basically eerything he's done the past few years has been under the Titan banner (WBF, XFL, sponsoring Mizark Henry at the 96 Olympics...)

Not really, Titan no longer exists. It was renamed WWE Inc years ago, just before it began trading publicly...

BAck in the 80s when Vince purchased WWF from his fater. he was already trying to promote other ventures. He started out as a boxing promoter. Titan Sports was intentionally meant to be that a Sports Company. But in time it branched off, The first attempt at movies with No Holds Barred. Sugar Ray match he promoted in November of 88 thorugh Summerslam ended bombing. In 1997 he finally decided after a failed Casino and Hotel comples to stick with what he knew and thus dumped that name and renamed it to WWE Inc. It was more of a professional company name to trade shares under that company
