The only band on there that I've heard before is Franz Ferdinand, and they suck.

I haven't heard one of their albums but of the stuff I have heard, I'd pick Snow Patrol.

Snow Patrol should have won. I fail to see what is so great about the Franz.

A large amount of the albums tend to be bland, shit indie.

I have no faith in any awards ceremony at all these days. I mean The Darkness won a song writing award earlier this year, which really weirded me out.
Oh, and Joss Stone didn't deserve to be on that list. Shes hot, but her voice and music are completly overrated. |
