So, I got NHL 2005 for PC.
Pretty cool. 3 things that pissed me off right from the start.
1. No create-a-player. 2. Can't use create teams in Dynasty, but, you could in last year. 3. My controller I use, doesn't work right with the game. My guys just spin around, when they got the puck, can't pass, shoot, or nothing  Gotta figure out why. Other then that, it's pretty cool. Online season's and shit. Pretty hot. |

I got bored using my all-star team in Dynasty, and the Create a Player was crap anyway IMO, I never really liked that.
It's not out until October the 8th here. |
Download it
Also, that's why you just use a shitty teams roster, and a few good one's, and your good. |
I just got NHL 2004 [a friend gave me it since he got ESPN 2005], and it kicks more asses than I've ever seen. The Stockholm Annihilators, led by Tony Stanziano and Peter Forsberg, are dominating. Hard difficulty is pretty hard unlike in 2002. You have to work your ass off to win games. I got rid of 1 point for OT losses in my dynasty mode. This game will probably hold me over until 2007.

it's out here, just on GC, Xbox, and PC next week
a month til it's out on PS2 :| |
That pretty sucks there is no create a player. Thats pretty standard in all sports games now anyway.
|
Yeah, I don't know what EA is thinking this year. ESPN being a better game then Madden, wtf.
|
I dunno if it's because I downloaded it or what, but the gameplay is pathetic compared to 2004, it's like playing a glorified NES game almost. Maybe I need to get used to it or whatever I dunno, is it like that when you buy it?
Plus the online mode sucks, there is no chat. |
