4, he was never over, and just the "tough" for hart foundation, and wasn't ever big enough to be a big man. He was truely the weakest link in the Hart Foundation, everyone else was over, and in 100 years, he'll be a footnote in wrestling because of the Hart Foundation, and how stellar they are. I'm not going to rank him a 3 or 2 or 1 because those ranks are saved for like X-Pac or someone that really sucked. Jim was just a non-event, and not note worthy at all. I've seen him wrestle, I'm sure of it, but I can't name person he fought. And when I try and remeber who he is, all I see is Tank Abbot in pink tights anymore, at least Tank was cool.

Oh, he ran with Owen and Bret, so I'm giving him a 7, that is fucking bullshit. So, lets say he ran with Nash and Micheals and HHH, would you give him a 3? Don't rate them high just because there run-in buddies were good.

So let me guess, if Bruce Hart was on here, you would vote him like 7's and shit just because he was the brother of Bret and Owen? I'm going to be pissed if he scores higher than Jeff Jarrett or Nash.

Slight rub from Bret and the other guys, he was the perfect goatboy, and he mucked around in the dungeon with stu man. I dont discount his toughness.
Also "yeah baby yeah!!!" is easily memorable.
