Just a few guys that I thought of the other day:

Justin Credible
Super Crazy
Giant Gonzalez

Justin Credible - Last I heard, he was in ROH and a few other independant shows. Nothing of recent.

Super Crazy - He was in XPW and NWA for a while, but then he vanished.

Giant Gonzalez - He was experiencing health problems which was the reason he is no longer in wrestling. He is currently living in his home country, Argentina. So we can assume he's retired now.

Justin Credible also recently worked an indy in FL ran by the owner of WWN.

I believe the name is FIP.
