...But do the Red sox ever beat the Yankees in the play-offs?

Pretty random question

I am not sure if the Red Sox have ever actaully beaten the Yankees in the playoffs, I don't think they have. I don't really think they have played each other that many times in the playoffs though. Because before the Wildcard(which hasn't been around for that long) The Sox and Yankees couldn't be in the playoffs on the same year.

I dunno why you would randomly ask this now though, its not like the Sox just lost to the Yankees in the playoffs or something. Seems like you "after" something else here

And I am assuming by "beat" you mean win the series, not win actual games.

I'm sure he appreciates your support. Its really rediculous how you are crying all over the boards because I said you didn't need to make a specific thread. If you took five seconds to look around, there is a MLB Post Season Topic, a Red Soxxxxxxx topic, and Fact of Fiction: The Yankee's/Red Sox would be the best ALCS. There was nothing specific that this thread offered, it was just a waste of space. Your whining about me isn't going to fix that. Suck it in and walk away.

Red soxxxx is ten pages long I'm not looking through that. MLB is 4 pages long I'm not looking through that. Splayas thread said nothing...Also you notice how I didn't whine about it in this topic. (E.O.D.)
