JBL needs a gimmick match to do best in. Preferably with 3 other people to hide behind. So Taker V Eddie Guerrero V Kurt angle V JBL in a Cage/Hell in a cell/streetfight match would be best.

I would go with Big Show vs. JBL.

Honestly, I wouldn't put a WWE title match on the show. I would have JBL in an elimination match, with Show on the other side. Have Show get the pin on JBL, and that sets up their match at Armageddon. They are pushing Show the hardest of all the guys on TV, so you might as well go all out. Also, since they dont have any kind of an issue right now, the SurvSer would be a good way to transition Show away from Angle and co over to JBL.

Vince would have the plane job.

Elimination Chamber Match

Big Show VS JBL VS Undertaker VS Kurt Angle VS Eddie Guerrero VS Luther Reigns

If they wanna start setting up some interbrand feuds for WM21, have JBL vs Taker vs Angle vs Show vs Eddie vs Booker in an Elimination Chamber, and then have Bischoff get pissed off that Long "stole" his idea. They already planted some good seeds for interbrand animosity with Long being upset that JR mentioned Cena's injury without his consent, so they could make something of that. And incidentally, I'd have the match go like this: Booker and Angle start out, Eddie joins, JBL joins, Eddie pins Angle, JBL pins Eddie (and the two go on to have a non-title feud,) Show joins, Taker joins, Show pins JBL, Taker pins Show, Booker pins Taker.

i really dislike the idea of booker winning, unless he has a great november.

Well I say that next week have Booker vs Orlando, playing off last weeks confrontation, have JBL interfere and beat Booker down, and then have Booker go on a spree between now and then.

Incidentally, having three guys left in the ring when Taker enters last would be a great chance for a Taker moment; have him standing in there in his full entrance attire, and when the light hits his chamber, have the lights go off, music starts up, then lightning hits the chamber and the glass around him shatters. The Taker marks would go nuts for it, even if he didn't win.

PS: If they didn't give the match to Booker, Taker would be my second choice. The others would all lead to rehashes of feuds we've already seen in the past two years.

I would agree with you, but I just don't like the idea of a The Big Show being built up like a monster babyface, then either falling short, or not getting the title for a long time. If the WWE takes route with this scenario, I'd like to see The Big Show vs. John Cena, The Big Show vs. The Undertaker or something liek that at WrestleMania. Maybe another Elimination Match main event with The Big Show vs. JBL vs. The Undertaker vs. Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero? You could even add in The Rock or John Cena if you felt the need.

I'd mark out for a Triple H vs. JBL title match, though. It wouldn't be gold in the ring, but I think it would be interesting to see.

No, I would put the title on Show at Armageddon, but only so he can drop it to Angle either at the Rumble or No Way Out.

They apparently want Taker vs Angle at Mania, so you have to get the title on him somehow. JBL is a heel, no point of doing heel vs heel. And since they've been building up Show so much, you might as well put the title on him. Also, Show has a victory over Angle, so they could use that to sell the Angle-Show program for the Rumble say. Personally I dont think Show will stay over in the long run, so a short reign is probably the best way to go with him.

If I were booking I would build up to Cena winning the title from Kurt at mania. Especially now with the "injury" angle, Cena should come back with a ton of momentum, and it could lead him into the main event at Mania.

However, like I said, I dont think thats where they want to go, so.

Oh OK. I get where you're coming from. The Big SHow is more suited to shorter runs, it was just I was wondering if the fans would feel "screwed" if The Big Show lost the title he was hyped to win so quickly. I guess if they did it at the Rumble, then they would quickly be turned around by The Undertaker winning the Royal Rumble Match, and would approve of the title situation.

In the long run, that could actually be a good move for the WWE to take.
