I lost all my mp3s
 
Yeah I had to reformat my desktop PC and I lost all of this. Needless to say I am very sad. Anyway, I just signed up at Soulseek (for some reason I can't get around my firewall to get Limewire to work) again and am trying to build my list up again, so add me to your lists, bitches. PimpinPete1. Also post your name because I am too lazy to look back for the 800 threads with everyone's name in it.

why do you guys reformat? It's not necessary! You could of just created another partition and installed Windows to that, then delete the old crap from the other partition... Jeeze.

I was away for the weekend when it happened so my dad took the computer to his friend who is "good with computers" to fix it and he just reformatted the hard drive.

It was pretty obvious it didn't need to be reformatted, I mean, I had a seperate hard drive for mp3s and video files and the problem was on the other hard drive.

You have no idea. I lost songs that I'll never be able to get again. Tons of awesome mp3.com bands that have broken up and vanished from the face of the earth without a trace. Tons of kvlt blakk mettul that nobody has.

My hard drive was legendary. Whenever someone needed a metal song, I could always hook them up. :(

Okay I think you like some of the same music as I like, so amybe I'll have a couple songs you like... my name is tonavin, I added you (since only people I have on my list can d/l off me). Most of my stuff is in the "Songs" folder, and the "Music" folder on my name is basically my downloads folder, so anything in there is stuff I haven't really listened to so it might be incomplete or just plain awful. Y'know.
