Have I missed somthing, or did the WWE just turn Booker T face out of nowhere?
 

Seriously.

About 5-6 months ago when he first went to Smackdown, they built him up as a main event heel.

Then he lost to Undertaker at Judgment Day, and that kind of killed his push.

Really havn't watched Smackdown a lot since earlier this year, but now the Smackdown preview on WWE.com has Booker T teaming up with RVD and someone else to take on JBL, Suzuki, and Dupree on Smackdown.

Did I miss somthing, or it the WWE pretty much just giving up on Booker?

Anyway, yeah, Booker was basicly turned out of nowhere... I dunno why, he's great as a heel... They better not fuck this face turn up...

Booker t is awesome as a face.
as a heel, he is only average.


they needed him as a heel when he first came in.
but now, with angle, JBL, luther, jindrak, kidman

the only faces are:
eddie, big show, taker, rey (i'm sure i forgot someone)

My qualm isn't with the fact that they turned him face.

It's with the fact that they seemingly just did decided to do it and made no transformation.

It'll say he was probably forced into the match.

He started turning face after he lost to Cena. He punked out Orlando Jordan. It kinda looks like he'll be playing the unwilling face or something.

Booker T Face = Main event title push

Booker T Heel = US Title push

He tagged with a face team in a 6 man and beat the heel wwe champ. That's pretty much the actions of a face

It could work out olright...Bookers face turn, he can have a title push at SS for the WWE Title if they don't screw things up.

Would be cool if Booker would finally win the WWE title, he deserves it imo.

I'd rather see Booker T as a heel. Even though Angle and JBL are the top heels there's too many upper midcard faces on Smackdown with nowhere to go, much like RAW.

i had him in my little list b4 but he's doing nothing atm

You know why i dont like booker T as a heel, because being a heel isnt his natural character.
i mean he's a heel, and suddenly he's apologising to Angle, trying to butter up teddy. He is best when he's like austin, a kind of anti-face face
