Meh, not really. Being that Lillian is a performer like anyone else, she couldn't reasonably refuse to do what amounts to an acting scene.

Yes, but if they purposly put somebody in a role that they wouldn't have otherwise put her in, and that's tailored to make her feel sexually uncomfortable, for the purpose of punishment, that's not the case.

Fining, suspending, demoting, and firing are acceptable ways to to punish somebody, not sexually humilating them.

It wasn't sexual at all..Didn't Sable kiss Torrie Wilson awhile back? IT wasn't much different, except in this case, it was even less sexual. Man, you guys should watch porn for lesbianism, not Raw.

Seriously... it would be difficult in any case to convince a judge that a little peck like that was supposed to be punishment after the Sable/Torrie stuff, and especially after the Torrie/Dawn Marie stuff. Sh</>it, Rico does stuff like that every week.

I don't know why Lilian would get all upset about this anyways. To me, 2 years ago when 3 Minute Warning attacked her during RAW would've been much worse than kissing another girl.

I didn't see the kiss, so I wasn't sure if it was a little peck or not, I guess I assumed it was a real kiss.

The fact that Torrie and Sable kissed however has nothing to do with this. I'm sure they were both okay with doing so, however if somebody felt uncomfortable, that's a completly different story.

Being kissed by Chrissy wouldn't be considered a punishment, unless Lillian's sort of homophobic.

So let's take a different tack.

But let's say you work in the WWE, and you got drunk one night and you missed a show. The next week, Vince McMahon tells you that had to do a angle where you kiss Charlie Haas, on the lips, for a fraction of a second.

Maybe it's just me, but I might construe that as just a little bit of a sort of punishment.

With the way things go in the WWE, who's to say that it was a punishment? I think that maybe while Lillian was drunk and partying, she might have pretended to get hot and heavy with another woman, and maybe some of the talent backstage used Christy as a way to rib her about it? They might have thought it would be funny. There's no proof that it was "punishment" in the classical sense of the word.
