Favorite Simpsons Treehouse of Horror
 

Been watching all the Treehouse of Horror reruns for the past week in light of Halloween. My favorite is VII when Bart finds out his twin brother Hugo is locked in the attic cause he's evil, and when Kang and Kudos take over Bill Clinton and Bob Dole's bodies during the election.

What are your favorite Treehouse of Horror episodes?

IV or V...probably IV by just a shade.

The new one looks really stupid. "Cool, I'm vomit!" or something. Simpsons needs to slowly die out.

I don't know which is which but I like the one where Willy keeps getting an axe in the back in every story.

V - "The Shinning" (no beer and no tv make Homer something something), "Time & Punishment" (time-traveling toaster), "Nightmare Cafeteria" (kids get eaten)

VI - "Attack of the Fifty-Foot Eyesores" (mascots come to life), "Nightmare on Evergreen Terrace" (Willy haunts dreams), "Homer^3" (Homer in 3-D)

VII - "The Thing and I" (Bart's evil twin), "The Genesis Tub" (Lisa creates a world), "Citizen Kang" (Clinton and Dole are abducted)

VIII - "The Homega Man" (Simpsons survive nuclear bomb), "Fly vs. Fly" (Bart becomes half-fly), "Easy-Bake Coven" (Marge is accused of witchcraft)

IX - "Hell Toupee" (Homer gets Snake's hair), "The Terror of Tiny Toon" (Bart and Lisa meet Itchy & Scratchy), "Starship Poopers" (Kang is Maggie's father)

X - "I Know What You Diddly-Iddly-Did" (Ned terrorizes the family), "Desperately Xeeking Xena" (Bart and Lisa have superpowers), "Life's a Glitch, Then You Die" (Homer causes Y2K)

XI - "G-G-Ghost D-D-Dad" (Homer tries to get into Heaven), "Scary Tales Can Come True" (Lisa and Bart in fairy tales), "Night of the Dolphin" (Snorky...talk. Man...)

XII - "Hex and the City" (a gypsy curses the family), "House of Whacks" (robot house loves Marge), "Wiz Kids" (Harry Potter knock-off)

XIII - "Send in the Clones" (magic hammock), "The Right to Keep and Scare Harms" (zombie cowboys), "The Island of Dr. Hibbert" (Hibbert creates freaks)

XIV - "Reaper Madness" (Homer becomes Death), "Frinkenstein", "Stop the World, I Want To Goof Off" (Bart's watch stops time)

Man, IV - VII kicked ass. Those were the best seasons of the Simpsons, also.

I went with V. I just watched that one the other day and was reminded how well-written it was. "Don't worry, kids! I'm comin' ta save the lot of ya! GAAAAAH! I'm bad at this..."

V then VI. XI was good too.

I liked the one where they banned guns, pretty much because they were protesting and someone had a sign that said "Fire Gil, not guns"

II probably. I like so many of them though. Even a few of the more recent ones were good (i.e. XI).

In addition to the one I mentioned, I like III also. (Take THAT Flanders! - Dad! you killed the zombie Flanders! - He was a zombie?)

I honestly don't remember seeing XIV...

Oh and I can't stand VII... I mean, I'm not saying it's bad but.... Man I've seen that one like fifty times more than the others.

III - VII are like serious hot ish, with the sizzingly hot ish being IV-VI

between VII and VI

Without a doubt, V is my favorite---specifically "Time and Punishment."

Homer: "I'm the first non-foreign person to travel through time!"

Mr. Peabody: "Correction, Homer, you're the second."

Boy with glasses: "That's right, Mr. Peabody!"

Mr. Peabody: "Quiet, you!"

Not my favourite but II had the classc line

Anyway my favourite is VI. 3D Homer was just brilliant.

4,5,6 and 7 are the best

Now I remember it... Cause it was just on TV. Better than XIII.
