Finally I don't have to look at that Bear anymore.Billy Gunn was alright though.

Sephiroth 11-01-2004 06:02 PM

And they have put A-trans(transsexual) in SvR :nono:

Jonster 11-01-2004 06:02 PM

Well that's a suprise.

Xero 11-01-2004 06:03 PM

Well, looks like TNA's gonna get another druggie/dunkie... And maybe one of those balls you throw at a velcro board... :shifty:

I was thinking that.

WWE always seem to do something just before release to screw up the games.
I don't think it's intentional. :shifty:

Mr. JL 11-01-2004 06:04 PM

Minus Undertaker, Kane and Big Show.... the A-Train was the best BIG Man on the roster.

I think Billy Gunn could tear it up in the ring if he caught onto the 'indy' way of wrestling and was not confined to WWE restrictions. I believe in the long run this will be good for Billy if he can go elsewhere and showacase his skills. Maybe a run in TNA with BG James would really help out the tag team division if AMW leaves for the WWE.

El Santo 11-01-2004 06:25 PM

Wow, that's a surprise. The WWE seemed to be pretty high on both men. In defense of A-Train, he was not that bad of a wrestler. He just need to wrestle with a frikkin's shirt on... that acre of back hair was just disgusting to watch.

Hmmm... so if Billy Gunn moves on to TNA, do you think we'll se a New Age Outlaws reunion some time in the future?

[edit: whoops, Mr. JL beat me to that New Age Outlaw thing. Sorry about that.]

Jonster 11-01-2004 06:30 PM

New New Age Outlaws?

MVP 11-01-2004 06:31 PM

If A-Train had stayed on Smackdown, he'd probably be the one facing JBL for the WWE title at Survivor Series.

Loose Cannon 11-01-2004 06:36 PM

Yep, was just going to mention the Outlaw thing. You can sure as hell bet on it.

Plus, they shaved Big Show's head and Eric Bischoff has a new short haircut (and new color). WWE is out to get us.

Anyway, back on point, I think this will benefit Billy Gunn greatly. I know I'm pretty cruel to the guy sometimes in the Velocity report, but a TNA run might do him some good. He's a decent athlete, and the spot-heavy (and less selling) TNA style is closer to what he's good at. I don't know if they'd try a 4 Live Kru or what (maybe bring Gunn in with Jarrett's posse?).

A-Train might be able to get some work in Japan. They like American hosses over there, and he's not terrible. He'll obviously not reach Vader- or Stan Hansen-like success over there, but he could make some good money and keep active until the next time Vince is on a nostalgia kick.

Shame about Billy, I've always supported him even when others said he completely sucked, he still had more talent than half the WWE roster.

Glad to see the back (no pun intended) of A-Train though.

Loose Cannon 11-01-2004 06:46 PM

Nah, dump K-Dawg and K-Quick and let the OUTLAWS flly on thier own.

Innovator 11-01-2004 06:58 PM

Outlaws vs. 3 Live Kru (Konnan and Killings), could be interesting

The Mackem 11-01-2004 07:00 PM

A-Train had some direction on Smackdown and then they traded him to Raw and I can't remember much happening with him since.

Jonster 11-01-2004 07:05 PM

Last thing I remember A-Train doing was jobbing to Benoit.

Xero 11-01-2004 07:14 PM

I can remember he had a match with Jericho and a match with Benoit... And that's all he did on RAW...

Head 11-01-2004 07:22 PM

About time.

The One 11-01-2004 07:35 PM

Mike the Metal Ed 11-01-2004 07:50 PM

You forgot the finest moment of his career, becoming World Champion at Wrestlemania.

For you TNA fans, don't get your hopes up if you think they're gone forever, next thing you know, they're on TNA next couple of weeks!!!

I didn't find A-Train all that bad, A-Train was actually a great wrestler. The hair on his back is part of his wrestling image, as a matter of fact, I think A-Train is a huge fan of King Kong Bundy ('cause Bundy had hair on his back too).

I could care less about Billy Gunn though. He wasn't around WWE much anyways.

But, then wouldn't it be the 2 live Kru? ;) Just thinking that NAO could reform in TNA is a mark out moment. Too bad I will never get to see NAO again. :(

That match was ok too!
not brilliant, but entertaining.

I think with A-train, he served his purpose.

Similar to BIlly Gunn. Billy really had to leave, he's been in the WWE too long, and has not done anything of significance since loosing to Jamie Noble

Loose Cannon 11-01-2004 08:31 PM

Dam, Test Too. Have a lot of news to post on the front page.

I thought that Test was gone for like 6 maybe 7 months. I haven't seen him. He must have beeon out with an injury. So sad to hear 3 people got fired in one day.

Loose Cannon 11-01-2004 08:38 PM

Ultimo Dragon Gone Now. LOL

Loose Cannon 11-01-2004 08:41 PM

:shifty:

Seriously, I think more may be coming.
