Shawn Michaels' Knights...

It was a 4 on 4 match in one of the Survivor Series events, 4 Harts against Shawn Michaels (I remember it being advertised as Jerry Lawler) and his Knights. Who were the Knights?

Drakul 11-05-2004 04:07 AM

Wherent they the midgets?

Dave Youell 11-05-2004 10:02 AM

I think 1 of them was Barry Harowitz (Sp?)

The Fugitive 11-05-2004 01:42 PM

I believe you are talking about the 1993 Survivor Series. Bret Hart, Bruce Hart, Keith Hart and Owen Hart versus Shawn Michaels, Black Knight, Blue Knight and Red Knight.

Dave Youell was right, Red Knight was Barry Harowitz. Blue Knight was Greg Valentine and Black Knight was Jeff Gaylord.

Highlight next paragraph for match results

Owen eliminated all the Knights before being eliminated by HBK, then HBK walked out on the match. Owen then came back to the ring and confronted Bret.

KayfabeMan 11-05-2004 04:11 PM

Jeff Gaylord was actually a good talent. He had some nice runs all over in different promotions, and made out pretty well for himself. Greg used to be a very good wrestler as well, as was / is Barry - who can still go; so, save for Lawler, it was a good team :)

No. You're thinking of Lawler's Team vs. Doink's Team, 4-on-4, with three of the members of each team being midgets. I believe that it was Jerry Lawler, Cheesy, Queezy, and Sleezy against Doink, Dink, Wink and Pink.

The genious of WWE, coming up with names such as those :y:  :) :shifty:

The Mackem 11-05-2004 04:23 PM

You made that up about Jeff Gaylord, KayfabeMan, confess!

It's not spoilers if it happened 10+ years ago...

You know, I thought about that, but I thought it was just common courtesy not to reveal it, regardless of how old it is.
