For those who don't know, he's a player agent

He handles a bunch of huge names in baseball including A-rod, Beltran, Varitek, Lowe (MANY more big names, but these are who jump right to mind)


I was just curious

I think most agents work on a 10% commision scale

He's also a douche. He does a good job for the players, gets them huge deals, but he fucks teams up in the process.

Well here's a list of just some of his clients who are free agents this year.

Beltran, Beltre, Varitek, Lowe, Ordonez, J.D. Drew, Millwood. If the average salary of these guys totals around 10 million a year, thats 8 million for 10% commission. But of course, thats not including his other clients such as Arod. I read he represents like 60 players or something like that. So if the 60 players average 10 million, thats 60 million commission.

yeah just do some math Yash :p anyways I saw something on TV that most agents work for agencies' but some of the bigger names will work for themselves on a 10% commision scale... like A-rod's Agent probably makes about 2.5 mil a year off of A-rod alone.
