Edge's Book

Just finished reading edge's book. it is a good read, but I would reccomend waiting for it to come to paperback since it is so short, and the hardcover costs around 26.00. I finished it in about a day and a half. Some pretty funny stories about rhyno in there. The coolest part had to be the fact that edge got his name from my local radio station. What are the odds?

I plan on getting it but I'm too lazy to go out to a book store or wherever and get it :)

I always wait for the paperback (except The Stone Cold Truth, Austin's always been my fave and it was payday when I saw it).

So is it worth getting? On a scale of 1-10, what would you give it?

I'm thinknig about getting it. I'm very interested in Edge's career.

It would be interesting to see Hardcore Holly, JBL, Christian, Booker T and Eric Bischoff write books. Maybe even "The Undertaker" (as The Undertaker could write a book). I'm really interested in wrestler's storyline histories, and would definately buy a book about a wrestler who stayed in character while writing it.

I haven't read it, but I did read Tietam Brown on my flight to Florida.

Good stuff.

Tietam Brown is the most godliest book ever. it makes me cry every time.

The library is holding Edgeward's book for me...I need to go pick it up.

I'm actually trying to figure out the best way to get ahold of Mick to find out if anyone has the rights to adapt Tietam into a film yet. I could see the movie as I was reading it.

I love when that happens.

Just a quick question, what's Tietam Brown about? I really think Mick Foley should right some storylines in the WWE.

It's about a kid who is abandoned by his father at a young age and spends his childhood jumping from bad foster home to bad foster home to bad orphanage. Over the course of his first seventeen years, he gets into a lot of trouble. When his dad finally "rescues" him from an orphanage, it turns out his life there isn't any better. The steroid-fueled football team hates his guts 'cause he talks back to the football coach/history teacher (plus, he's missing an ear and one hand doesn't work, so he's an easy target). The only good thing about his new life is the head cheerleader, who inexplicably falls in love with him.

Hey, I should write book jackets...

:D You should. Thanks for that, BTW. :y:

Loopy, if you adapted Tietam to the screen I would die.

My favorite book, originally written by one of my heroes and adapted to the screen by an awesome guy :y:

and Terry Funk better play the Dad

I can imagine him going through the deck :shudder: :D

Also, there's a really funny story in Edge's book about one night they were so starved for space Hedge had to sleep in a bed with Rhyno....and hilarity ensues.
