if you thought you had a input in the tough enough choices....your wrong

A reader sent this item, which I found interesting. ... I saw this at the bottom of the Tough Enough page that describes the rules for fan voting.

"WWE, IN ITS SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE DISCRETION, RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE RULES, METHOD AND MANNER OF FAN VOTING AND WINNER SELECTION AT ANY TIME, FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER, OR FOR NO REASON AT ALL."

Sure enough, I went to the page to check it out and it was there. Wow, that is certainly some disclaimer and sure tells you a lot about how this voting will go. It definitely leaves the company the option to pick who they want to win, instead of who wins the fan vote.

That's kinda how democracy works.

Yea, they just want the big mtv star cuz t.e. started as an MTV series, so that's exactly why Mike "The Miz" Mizanin will win it all 100% guaranteed.

Mr. Nerfect 11-29-2004 03:22 PM

I think they'll keep it clean, however. Unless one guy really comes off wrong, or as a bad additional to the lockerroom. Or maybe they won't sign any of the guys who can kick Holly's ass? Which means Mizanin might have a better shot than everyone thinks.

Mayo 11-29-2004 03:22 PM

The WWE is only doing this poll so that they see who the fans like best, then they compare it to who they like best, and pick the best guy with a combination of the two.

Xero 11-29-2004 03:24 PM

They had that for the Divas contest, too. And I'm pretty sure I saw that on the Taboo Tuesday page when we were aloud to vote. They do that so you can't whine to them if they DO change it.

If Puder doesn't win it's a fix

MVP 11-29-2004 04:09 PM

I agree Dave. Puder gets the biggest pops and is more talented than the rest, but I think most if not all the guys that are in it now will get WWE contracts, but Puder should get the money.

Head 11-29-2004 04:56 PM

If you look at any contest, or sweepstakes anywhere, it will always have something like that in there. It's simply to cover their ass legally.

It doesn't mean that the WWE will fuck with the results, it just means that they have the legal right to.

V 11-29-2004 05:47 PM

Justice gets pops too, even though he keeps losing everything lol

Innovator 11-29-2004 06:25 PM

the two over guys are Miz and Puder

Justice will go soon, and I can't see the people picking Reeves

Shadow 11-29-2004 08:43 PM

Yeah...Silverback just doesn't have the mic skills to take it to the finals. Though he does have the look for a silent big man.

I actually give a damn about these guys. Something I just didn't do during the Diva Search.

I still can't believe Justice is still there. Prolly just due to his size... he absolutely sucks in every competition.

BigDaddyCool 11-30-2004 10:43 AM

All the Tough Enough dudes, exept Pruder and that big Black dude are faggots. Especially the dude that rubs his ass on the ground like a dog. But even Pruder pisses me off with that snap crackle pop line.

Mayo 11-30-2004 11:28 AM

Justice is definitely the worst out of all of them, but I guess only the women (and guys :shifty: ) that dig black guys voted for him because he is shitty at everything. I was not too impressed with Reeves through the whole competition, but his mic work the last show wasn't too bad. I'm pissed that Rodimer got eliminated, but he'll definitely be back. Still think Puder should win this thing hands down.

You're.

You illiterate fuck.

It's also orth noting that it doesn't say the votes don't count, it says that they have the right to change the rules at any time.

You know, like every other contest on the face of the fucking planet.

Meanwhile, if you didn't think this was a fix, you're a retard, and your mother should have tied stones around your neck and took you swimming when you were 3.

Whether your favorite wins or loses, just notice this: which Diva Search girl is on Smackdown and Raw now? That's right, almost all of them. You like them or you don't, the contest participants will always have a second shot to be on the show. So don't worry about it too much.
