Heisman Race
Who do you guys think will win it? Who do you think should win it?
The choices are pretty much Jason White, Adrian Peterson, Matt Leinart, Jason Campbell, Reggie Bush, Alex Smith, and Cedric Benson. I've also heard Aaron Rodgers and Stefan LeFors. I will give my input after I see a few of you guy's opinion. Well? |
I hope to god that Jason White doesnt win it again. But I would like to see Peterson win it as a true freshman.
|
Peterson or Bush I would like to see win
But it'll probably be Matt Leinart |
Lienart
|
I just saw the commerical for the ESPN presentation. They are inviting Lienart, Peterson, White, and Bush
No Alex Smith? Whats up with that? I think Peterson should win it, Lienart is going to win it though. |
Alex Smith. Come on. Why are they not inviting him. 24 tds [i think] to 2 interceptions. Thats a crazy arse ratio.
Stima I saw that commercial too. ________ Chrysler falcon history |
plus the Utes are 6th ranked and going to get into a BCS bowl game. I thought the Heisman went to the best player in college football. Not the quarterback on the #1 team. [more]

Alex Smith should def. atleast be invited. He has had a crazy season, and I can't picture Utah anywhere near the same position without him.
|
Ferret, its not like Lienart was a stiff or anything.

K so a little info for the people that think AD should win it...I think the guy is a beast as well but I find this a little...odd
Say hello to Jamario Thomas, another Freshman Jamario Thomas : GP Att Yards Avg TD Long Avg/G 9 256 1709 6.7 17 77 189.9 Adrian Peterson : GP Att Yards Avg TD Long Avg/G 11 286 1671 5.8 12 80 151.9 |
Leinart will definitely win, even though Rodgers is a better QB
|
Is Thomas the guy from North Texas?
Big 12 > Whatever conference North Texas is in haha Hart from Michigan is also having a pretty crazy year as a true freshman, few games over 200 yards |
Yeah, you can't really compare stats from like the Missouri Valley Conference or whatever to the Big 12.

Sun Belt
