While watching G I Joe for the first time in ages. I dont think I ever saw his face. Did he ever show it?

During the show, I do not think so.

In the movie, you see him as a citizen of Cobra La, then you see him in a half man/half snake state when his face plate falls off in Road Block's arms.

Yeah, really only during the movie.
