Amazing Race's Bolo
Hey, anyone know what promotion Bolo works for?
What about his ring name? |
From what I understand, and from what I know, it's still blurry as to whether or not he is an actual worker and such. I have never heard of him before this, and no promoter has yet to verify that he has worked for them. It's been passed around as well that he may be shitting, but I will indeed look around for all the details and information and I'll try to make it back here to help you out.

Thanks man.
For the first episode, I thought he was EZ Money. On his video on the opening sequence, it shows him as wrestling in what looks like a backyard ring. Maybe another sign he's a fake? |
What did he say?

Anything yet?

I guess he's a sham eh?

Hey sorry man, I haven't been back on here too often in the last few weeks.
I did ask and look around a bit on it, and I haven't found anything at all that proves his or his wife's legitimacy in wrestling. They very well may be BYW's or something to that effect, or may have been trained but only took on one or two matches. From what I understand, they didn't even provide the network with any information on what promotion(s) that they work/worked for - which seems extremely fishy to me. |
It sure does.
I mean, if I were his promoter, I'd want to cash in on the whole "Bolo wrestles here" thing, and I have yet to see anything yet. I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls a Johnny Fairplay when he's done Amazing Race. |
Thanks KayfabeMan

What's this all about then?

I believe that they said they were wrestlers in order to get on the television show, figuring that with a job like that, it makes for a good story. Like IM90 said, even if they didn't mention it, it'd be strange for a promoter not to use the fact that someone from Amazing Race works for them. It's easy publicity, similar to when UPW had Evan Marriott, HCW had Gil Hyatt, or other groups who have used guys like Fairplay and such. |
