Pro Bowl

Here is the NFC Roster...
NFC Roster

And the AFC Roster...
AFC Roster

The Eagles have the most representation with 9 players... :D And then the Steelers with 6.

Kearse, Dillon, and Big Ben got fucking shafted. I mean I see where you can make the case where Roethlisberger maybe shouldnt of made it because he has a much better offense around him than Brady, but his numbers are better.

And how about Peyton Manning making it... that is such horseshit.. :shifty:

Gonzo 12-23-2004 05:21 PM

Tiki finally got some recognition.

People get shafted every year unfortunately. Nothing you can really do.

Supreme Olajuwon 12-23-2004 05:42 PM

I wouldn't say Dillon and Roethlisberger got shafted. They're just in a conference stacked with talent at that position.

3 Bengals made it so I'm happy.

Shaggy 12-23-2004 05:48 PM

Two Broncos made it so I guess im happy. Its better than none. Of course those two broncos were Bailey and Lynch so there was no question that they would make it.

MoRcHeEbA 12-23-2004 05:52 PM

I wouldn't really say Kearse got shafted there's some good ends in the NFC.

MoRcHeEbA 12-23-2004 05:53 PM

I was surprised that Bailey and Lynch both got picked... I thought that Robinson kid on Houston should have made it. :-\ either way like 12 of those starters will probably drop out like always.

Rain Man 12-23-2004 06:08 PM

I think Lynch just made it cause of his reputation.. I think Rodney Harrison deserved it but hey what can ya do

Harrison gets all pro every year but never makes the probowl. Probowl is voted by fans, players, and coaches. All 3 of those fractions do not like Harrison haha

MoRcHeEbA 12-23-2004 06:12 PM

I like Harrison :( I also am not a huge fan that Green made it, but the RB's in the NFC weren't exactally golden this year. :-\

MoRcHeEbA 12-23-2004 06:23 PM

does anyone know a site that I can see peppers college stats?

VonErich Lives 12-23-2004 07:06 PM

yeah, Dillon is fine there are other top RB's in the AFC.

Harrison got shafted, but he always does for the reasons stated.

Could make a case for Ted Bruschi, but not everyone can make it and I can't really argue w/ the players taken ahead of him.

Ben will get ROY,

Dunta got screwed :(

Dre' Bly didn't really stand out much IMO, I would have thought someone like Azumah would get in :o

Jesus Shuttlesworth 12-23-2004 09:14 PM

Yeah back on that running back thing, AFC is just stacked at that position. If anyone gets hurt though, I'd assume Dillon would be the first tailback to be asked to join.

road doggy dogg 12-23-2004 09:52 PM

lol Drummond is out for the season and still made it

Aside from Alexander, NFC's RB situation looks weak as hell.

el fregadero 12-23-2004 10:38 PM

No John Henderson. :'(

Dont you be bad mouthing Tiki boy

Innovator 12-24-2004 01:37 AM

TIKI!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Triple A 12-24-2004 03:59 AM

Corey Dillon should have been in instead of Tomlinson.

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 04:05 AM

yeah cause leading the league in touchdowns isn't deserving

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 04:07 AM

also Tomlinson = the man

Triple A 12-24-2004 04:07 AM

Dillon almost leads the league in rushing and he has missed like 2 games.

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 04:10 AM

how many has Tomlinson missed? who has a better O-line? the AFC is just too stacked if Dillion made it instead of Tomlinson people would have had the same argument.

VonErich Lives 12-24-2004 04:24 AM

Peter King said he felt Dillon should have gone and LT was voted in because he didn't get voted in last year?

Whatever, one less chance of injury... and before anyone says "no one gets hurt at the pro-bowl"

Pats RB (Edwards I think) great rookie year and career ended and almost didn't walk again after flag football on the beach during the Pro-Bowl weekend.

#1-norm-fan 12-24-2004 02:57 PM

I was about to ask how the hell Moss doesn't make the pro bowl but apparently he missed more games than it seemed. Still pretty good stats though.

And Roethlisberger not making it in makes sense. There's no way you can make a case for him over Brady, Manning or Brees.

#1-norm-fan 12-24-2004 02:58 PM

P.S. I never thought I would be sitting here talking about Drew Brees making the pro bowl and how deserving it is.

Its kind of shitty that Moss didn't make it. He missed two games I think and wasn't 100% in a few more, but when he has been healthy there is no doubt that he has been the top reciever in the game this season. I can't really complain though, he missed too many games. Now he has missed the Pro Bowl twice in the past three years though.

Its also kind of funny how Matt Birk made it, I swear he missed so many games and just got on because of his name.

Gonzo 12-24-2004 05:27 PM

I think Tiki is the best RB in the NFC given the team he is on.

BCWWF 12-24-2004 05:29 PM

I think Mewelde Moore

Gertner 12-24-2004 06:34 PM

wtf at no Harrison or Dillon??????

BCWWF 12-24-2004 06:45 PM

I'm not sure if I would call Big Ben not making it a shaft or not. In one hand, he is the QB on the best team in the NFL and has had awesome stats, but also there are other QB's that I would say are better players than him. I have heard this years Steelers team compared to the Ravens of Trent Dilfers era, which basically means that the overall team is so good that the quarterback isn't a huge factor. What do you think?

The Outlaw 12-24-2004 07:20 PM

42 receptions for 671 yards and 11 touchdown is Moss' stats. He's started 11 games. Who do you think he should have made it over?

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 07:24 PM

your mom

The Outlaw 12-24-2004 07:29 PM

Leave your sick fantasies out of this, you tit

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 07:50 PM

also two of Moss's starts he played like 3 downs then hit the bench :p

MoRcHeEbA 12-24-2004 07:54 PM

also I don't think he should have made the pro-bowl anyway

BCWWF 12-24-2004 08:37 PM

Like I said you can't really make an argument why he should be there, but when he was healthy early on he was unstoppable. Next year.
