i know everyone jokes about him and how he talks, and so far i haven't really had a complaint about him but after watching this weeks raw i can't beleaive how stupid he is for example: edge lockes on the educator (or whatever his submission is called) JR: edge has applied a modified version of the figure 4.

well, an Edgecution IS a modified figure four. In fact, I think it's a reverse, but I don't remember the technical term.

I agree JR isn't a great play by play, but to be fair, I don't know how much indies you all watch...I don't enjoy him, but he is better then most of the guys out there. Not everyone can be Joey Styles or Mike Tenay.

(Goes back to fantasys about opening my own company with Styles, Tenay, and Heenan as the three commentary guys...oh god I could have jobbers in every match and people would be interested with those three guys talking...)

The real tragic part about it is that Jim Ross used to be an awesome announcer. Back before everything he said was repetitive and/or asinine, he used to make really good calls and add to the match. Now, it's just depressing.

The One is right about JR not being as bad as folks make him out to be, but he's still fallen pretty far.

JR can still have great moments. He says stupid things sometimes but when the most important stuff happens, he pours all his emotions into it. Check out the last few minutes of the WMXX triple threat match.

He was acting so stupid during the playboy match.

JR is better then Tenay. Tenay may be more knowledge about wrestling moves or at least he gets them right pretty much all the time, but he has no character. JR IMO is the best commentar ever. With that said though I think he has ran his course and I would have no problem with somone else like the Coach stepping up and becoming lead broadcaster.

THe educator is a modified sharpshooter.

Yeah, I meant that JR was the best at calling match when I said he was the best. The Brain is probably the best color man ever though. It's a tough call though for me because I love King.

yeah I have heard of them and all of those except for Tenay are really good. Tenay has no character. He does not add excitment to the match
