What will be the fallout from the last Raw of 2004? After such a blockbuster show with so many twist and turns affecting New Year’s Revolution, emotions will most definitely be running at an all-time high.

As Raw went off the air last week, it was announced that Shawn Michaels will be the special guest referee for the Elimination Chamber Match. Triple H and several other Superstars didn’t look too pleased with the announcement. It’s no secret that The Game and HBK have bad blood that will probably never go away. And Edge cost Michaels the World Heavyweight Championship at Taboo Tuesday. That’s something that the Showstopper surely hasn’t forgotten. Will this cause Edge to speculate further that everyone is out to get him in his quest for the World Heavyweight Championship?

Batista must be happy that he will be entering the Elimination Chamber last, but it was clear that didn’t sit well with Triple H last week. How will the two continue to co-exist, and will Ric Flair be able to keep them together as a cohesive unit heading into New Year’s Revolution?

Also, after verbally and physically assaulting Good Ol’ J.R. and The King last week on Raw, Muhammed Hassan and Khosrow Daivari will square off against the Raw announcing duo in a battle of the minds as Eric Bischoff signed a debate to take place on the first Raw of 2005.


Last week, Gene Snitsky found out he’d be facing Kane at New Year’s Revolution. Will that announcement send Snitsky on the war path this week?

Kane’s wife Lita also found out she’d be putting her Women’s Championship on the line at New Year’s Revolution in a rematch against rival Trish Stratus. Will the two Divas’ paths cross this week on Raw?

Bowling league is over and I'll finally be able to watch Raw when it's actually on for the first time in roughly 17 weeks. This one should be decent.

I dont think itll be that great I think itll be resting all the guys in the Chamber up for there sunday match...so if anything a few squash matches

Looking forward to the debate. Obviously just cause Hassan and Daivari are involved and I have really liked them so far.

I want to see Hassan wrestle already. Fuck a debate.

First Raw of the new year.. lets see if the writers will go the right way this year...

And NYR is still 6 days away. How much time do you think they'll need to 'rest up'?

They're not going to risk any injuries so dont expect alot tonight..maybe everyone giving each other there finisher but not to much more.

the end of the show is gonna have Batista and HHH starin at each other while everyone else is laid out in the ring.

I wonder if they signed any more new divas for tonight.

If one guy gets injured, all they have to do is write him out of the storyline somehow on Sunday before the PPV (assuming its not the guy that's gonna win). Its been done so many times, like a sneak attack from behind and someone finds a wrestler lying in his dressing room, so I don't see any reason for Vince to 'rest' anyone. That, or they could go the legit path and say that the wrestler is really hurt badly, and he still wants to be in the match but Bischoff says he doesn't want to risk further injury, etc. Just in case, I guess you could rest the guy whom you want to win the elimination chamber, and put all of the rest of them into normal action. I mean its not the NFL or anything and guys don't get injured as often.

on a sad note....there is no NFL game tonight...so when Wrestling gets boring I have no escape.

I'm not looking forward to it. Any time there's a debate the entire show sucks.

To go against the grain I predict they will all be knocked out with the last one being superkicked by Shawn Michaels and Shawn will stand over them all and do his dance.

Is that all so far? I don't think they'll do any better. Seems NYR is built around the Elimination Chamber. It was a bad idea in the first place to put a secondary January PPV. This PPV will probably fail :( Elimination Chamber will be good...Kane will come back and get revenge on Snitsky...Lita will beat Trish...is this a 3 hour PPV? If so...the EC will be like an hour long or so.

WWE stole the EC idea from Celebrity Deathmatch.

I seriously hope Kane does NOT get revenge on Snitsky.

And Christy's ass is just....yeah.
