Armageddon Buyrate
Armageddon did about 230,000 buys, which is way better than I thought it would do.
This is a significant rise from both No Mercy and Taboo Tuesday. About the same ast the Unforgiven show back in Sept. |
hmmm... so does this mean that WWE is startin to improve?
|
WOW I"m pretty surprised by that.
Before the PPV on BTR I heard that there were only 2000 tickets sold, did it increase at all? |
Not too bad considering.
|
which one was Armaageddon again?
No seriously |
I didn't hear the attendance for the PPV, but it looked like a small crowd on TV. Although, not as small as Taboo Tuesday looked.
Someone who gets the Observer should know the attendance numbers. Anyway, I dont think this means "business is picking up" by any means, because the number is still nothing to write home about. But I think they'd be happy to find out they didn't go lower than the numbers the last two single brand shows did. |

Cena-Jesus was the other match that got promoted. JBL = revenue! |
Oh, duh. Thanks CyNick :y:
I'll pull those attendance numbers out if it's in the last Observer I got. |
^ Don't feel bad. I'd already forgotten who headlined that show too. :-\
|
Attendance for Armageddon: 4,500.
Wow, ok. Credit: Observer. |
They must've sold over twice the amount of tickets in 2-3 weeks before the PPV.
|
probably
That "Wow, ok" was sarcastic BTW cause that's a real shitty number. EDIT: Well maybe not a shitty number considering what the PPV was. |
I forgot about it too and I ordered it.
|
I wonder, are the Wrestlemania XXI tickets that sold out returnable/refundable?
