well that's a tough probem.

here's the solution

1. stop downloading porn
2. stop illegaly downloading mp3 files
3. stop getting dirt in your keyboard
4. make sure your computers hardware has a case around it at all times
5. never eat cereal without milk, it's just not the same

after you do that, your problem SHOULD be fixed, I can't think of anything else that'll fix it, hope this helped.
