Wrestling Who Wants to be a Millionaire: 4TH Question is Up
 

Yeah, I just thought of this and I wondered if anybody would be interesting in playing a Wrestling Version of "Who Wants to be a Milionaire" right here on TPWW. Basically it would be a live game where I (the host) would do like a fastest finger question to a coulple of you and then 1 person would get to play the entire game for the day.

Now, we would make it like a Tournmanet thing. Everyday, I'll do a little sign up thing for the people who would be able to play the next day. First 7 people to sign up would get a chance to do the "Fastest Finger" 1 person would win and would go on to play the game. I'll set it up exactly like the real "Millionaire" game, except I'll make the lifelines a little different.

Then after he/she is done, he'll/she'll be put into a chart next to how much he/she won.

We'll keep going until the end of the month or so. Then the top 5 people will compete in "Ultimate Millionaire" to see who has the best wrestling knowledge.

Winner will recieve Five Copies of the Observer as I get them weekly. That's pretty good I think.

So this thread is basically just your opinions and who thinks the idea is good. If anybody wants to help play host and give me questions, go for it.

I know the main thing is time. I'll have to make it so everybody agrees on a certain time for fastest finger.

Sorry dude but I don't think it'll work out that well. Unless you've got like some sort of chat set up for this.

Keep in mind time will change from real Millionaire.

Like I'll post the Fastest Finger when everyone is on and then, they'll have like 8 minutes to answer. So it's not like a 30 second ?

It's not going to be just one word answers eathier.

After that, it's just basically the person who won and myself. Then just a lot of "Refreshing" the comp screen.

The questions for the real part of the game, you'll have like a 2 minute time limit.

Lifelines such as, I'll give you 15 minutes (so you can look up the answer) will be used.

ok, fuck it. This is how it's going to work.

1) Tommorrow, I'll come on at 11:00 am. That's like 12 hours from now. I'll post a question in an official thread.

2) The fastest person to PM ME THERE ANSWER will play the Game.

3) The game will be played whenever the person and I have time to do it. It will take no more then an hour. I would like to use Aim or yahoo chat if you have it to play.

4) I will explain the rules and everything to the person beforehand.

5) New questions will be posted each day and the game continues.

6) Top 5 winners for the month will compete against one another. If I have like 10 that reached the Million, I'll do some sudden death thing. :yes:

Can you do it more than once. Like lets say I get it tommorow but I also do it the fastest on Monday. Can I do it both times?

Okay, as you can see I have the standings up in the first post. Splaya was our first competitor and was brave enough to go first. He was doing good until he got to the $300 question and used his 15 minute lifeline to check the Net. And the Net gave Splaya the wrong answer, thus knocking him back to $0. But he'll be able try again in a month.

What if you had a lifeline where you would give the contestant a website that he could look through for only the 90 seconds, but not the full address to find the exact answer. For example, if the question was "Who did The Rock defeat for his second WWE Title?", you could give the contestant, as a lifeline, wwe.com, but not give him the exact address to get him/her to the title history page on wwe.com. Do ya get where im goin with this?

That would be tough cause some of the answers won't be found on the Internet.

Well another day of Wrestling Millionaire and another day of the 3rd question taking people out. Helms was on a role nailing the first 2 questions quickly. Then he fell to the dreaded $300 question and went down. Thanks to Helms for playing.

Well Millionaire claims yet another. MVP got the first one rather quickly, but fell short on the 2nd one. Looks like Wrestling Milionaire has taken names so far and isn't wiling to job to anyone just yet. Next Fastest Finger Question up tommorrow.
