Norton problem
 

This started today, like automatically it wouldnt let me go on the internet anymore. to be able to get on a website or AIM I had to disable Norton. like I couldnt just take off the firewall, I had to like turn it off alltogether. Does anyone know why this is happening or how i can fix it
