Shortest lived WWE career(supposed stars only)?

For me it would have to be that German dude Brakus they hyped him up so much as a german war machine and how he was going to kill Bret Hart then he wrestled one match and I never saw him again.

Savio 01-25-2005 09:57 PM

Savio 01-25-2005 09:59 PM

You're right, Heyman. It was Muffy.

Waylon Mercy didn't last long. In fact, I was at (I think) his only PPV appearance, when he was jobbed to Savio Vega after months of great promo videos.

"Who" was supposed to have a big feud with Razor Ramon, I thought, but I don't think he ever made it past the syndicated weekend shows before getting canned.

Loose Cannon 01-25-2005 10:52 PM

Brakus was suppossed to win the Title believe it or not. He got seriously injured and then they realized he sucked in the ring and he was done.

No, that was the hand that Mae Young birthed.

...and I want that to be the last thing you think of before you sleep tonight.

Well he stayed a bit longer but was suppose to be huge, AHMED JOHNSON. Really, WWE was ready to do a big HBK vs.AHMED match. It was suppose to be the next big babyface vs.babyface match. Before he got injured,he was one of the WWE biggest stars. When he cameback, Stone Cold took his spot and the rest is history. He went to WCW and team with Stevie Ray, THAT SUCK!!! Then he played Suge Knight in the MC Hammer Movie on VH1.

Morgan wasn't promo'ed at all. He was just introduced by Heyman one day. Nathan Jones left under his own volition because he couldn't handle the traveling schedule.

Ludwig Borga (I think his name was).

Hyped up as the man with the hardest punch in the WWF, but after jobbing to Luger as part of the Foreign Fanatics team at Survivor Series, we never saw him again - teamed up with Dibase at one point too I think.

Damn I used to LOVE wrestling then.

Ludvig Borga, under his real name of Tony Halme, was elected to parliament in Finland..

SuperSlim 01-26-2005 08:42 AM

Isn't that Justin Credible? One of the KLIQ members.

PorkSoda 01-26-2005 09:06 AM

Yes, it is Justin Credible

Shaggy 01-26-2005 09:07 AM

For some reason one that sticks out in my mind right now is Brutus Beefcake....back in WCW when he was transformed into the Apostle or something like that and hung out with Warrior.

Or how about Berlin.....Alex Wright was priceless as Berlin....That had to be the biggest switch of character of all time.....besides Heidenrich

Bo 01-26-2005 09:09 AM

Tank Abbot in WCW

Loose Cannon 01-26-2005 10:01 AM

AH SHIT, when I said Brakus was suppossed to win the WWF Title, I meant Ludwig Borga. I get those two confused at times. My bad.

Yeah, unfortunately. I don't know why anyone voted for him as he is nothing but a complete and utter idiot and a nazi. He even called our president a lesbian just because she supports gay people and doesn't think being homosexual is a disease. But Tony Halme has been quite quiet since he shot himself "accidently" while being drunk... too bad he didn't finish the job properly.

You were right the first time.

Savio 01-26-2005 12:05 PM

David Flair in the WWE.

Loose Cannon 01-26-2005 12:20 PM

Nah, I don't think Brakus was ever being groomed for a Title run. If so, then they both were. I know for sure Borga was. I never heard about the Brakus thing though.

I have to agree with you on Ahmed. In my opinion, he very easily could've been the Next Big Thing. I saw him at an indy show once, and he was impressive. Very agile big man, and for once, an African American that was presented as a role-model, and not a stereotype. Then he went to WWE, and shoved his own head up his ass.

He is truly one of those "What Could've been" stories.
