Is the flyiny elbow banned?
 

If not. was it ever? I remember hearing something about that move being banned. I've seen HBK do it recently. Why would they ban it if it truely is or ever was?

HBK does it all the time so I wouldn't think so.

I heard of a lot of moves being banned, but not the flying elbow.

I think they banned it in WCW for a story line
