Like I said in another cruiseweight topic use the light hevyweight title on raw.

i guess there is no cruiserweight title on raw, because instead, they have the women's championship.

no that wouldn't work. all that would do is take the cruisers off smackdown and put them on raw to get squashed. i suggest bring back the hardcore title for raw, and after mania have another draft which you could then put the hurricane and other cruisers from raw onto smackdown (except tajiri) and bring heyman, RVD, and other ECW and hardcore wrestlers like holly on to raw. then you would have smackdown having a stronger CW title (not that it would work with the likes of JBL on smackdown) and the return of the HC title, which always seems to have great matches and fan interest attached to it, and yeah theres my idea.
