Ipod...
Want to transfer files from someone elses Ipod to my computer.
Was told the Ipod software tries to prevent this and I need to change a setting? Anyone know what I need to do? Thanks. |
download fpod

Yeah, it's not easy to do. If Baio isn't joking, do what he said.

I know there's a Winamp plugin that allows for a connected iPod to play through Winamp.
I used to have it, and in playing around I also found that you can transfer files from the iPod into a directory. I can't remember what it was called, but it was on the official Winamp site. |

Worked with my free version of Winamp 5.

Free version, all the registered version does is rip and burn CDs.

ok, so I got winamp and the addin.
I hook up my Ipod and I can copy to the Ipod, but if I then delete the file from my cpu, I can't play it on my Ipod? and I can't figure how to copy back from the Ipod to the cpu... |
