How the fuck do you balance rep people?

when your rep power's worth 0. Anyways, if we could do it, it would be pretty meaningless.

Oh, and remember:

Rep power=

+1 point every 1000 posts
+1 point every 1000 rep points you have yourself
+1 point every 3 months since you logged in.

So a guy who has 1 post, 0 rep points and logged in yesterday is the only one who can balance rep people.

OR when you rep points are negative
