Jericho inducting Piper?
 

Over on wwe.com it is listing Chris Jericho as inducting Roddy Piper into the Hall of Fame. I thought originally it was going to be Stone Cold that was doing it.

No, Stone Cold is the guest on Piper's Pit.

Yep, Stone Cold was originally going to induct Piper. I guess they figured it was odd having the inductor being a guest of the inductee. Or something.

Yeah, I was pretty sure it was Stone Cold. Should be cool regardless seeing Jericho do it though, considering Jericho has his own version of a Piper's Pit.

And plus Y2J is good on the mic, like Piper, and they have similar interview techniques. It should make for an entertaining induction. I'm just miffed I won't be able to see it.

This should be interesting then. Last time Piper was on tv, they were basically feuding. That also brought out the Highlight Reel for the first time. I still remember Jericho's line, " Last night at Backlash I saw a huge stomach. But then I realized, wow thats Roddy Piper!" LOL

It's Flair now, not Jericho. They changed it again. Flair and Piper had a pretty decent feud in the WWF, so that's probably why.

Just give Piper a mic and I'll be happy.

Flair is the guy who has the most history with Piper, so its the best choice
