Well, maybe not so much for rock, but here goes anyways. And these aren't bands, rather individuals:

RJD2- produces rap songs and does his own instrumentals
Canibus- best lyricist ever
Juice- best freestyle rapper ever
Laroo- my friend's cousin
Left-Hand Path- they are rock, and they are my friend's band.
Dirty-D- My friend. He raps. Shit will come out soon.

Is that because it was on Punk-O-Rama 9?

Lol, no. I really like the song. Sonny's voice in it is awesome.

FakeLaser 04-03-2005 01:14 PM

Not particularly.

OssMan 04-04-2005 07:25 PM

The Blood Brothers are not emo it is just that you see a bunch of emo kids shoving the phrase "love rhymes with hideous car wreck" into your face all the time

asphyXy 04-05-2005 10:56 PM

Duran Duran, Wham!, Soundgarden... doesn't really matter what I list. You'll assume it's brutal death metal or whatever and you won't download it.

asphyXy 04-05-2005 10:57 PM

Anyway, I recommend Faith No More. The number of people I know that never heard Faith No More before I introduced them to the band is horrible.

how do you not even hear of faith no more? i think this thread is more for bands who have almost no fanbase whatsoever.

asphyXy 04-05-2005 11:37 PM

I have no idea. I recommended a Faith No More song to Triple A for his movie or whatever, and he was like "I don't want people to think I'm a metalhead" or some shit. The number of people that have no idea who Faith No More is is gigantic, and it's terrible.

Silent 04-05-2005 11:56 PM

I  Faith No More
