What's next for The Naitch? (Ric Flair)

I think he's due for a face run. I wouldn't mind seeing him turn on Triple HGH and become Batista's mentor. Not so sure of Trips would like that though.

During the Face Off, Batista started praising Flair. Naitch's reaction was priceless. :) I think once Batista starts getting stale, that would be the best time to have him align with Flair.

Or maybe not. Maybe Trips and Flair could have the donkey replace Batista

He needs to get away from Triple H thats for sure. I dont think having him side with Batista would hurt, but I dont think it would help much either. Then he can lay the smack down on The Cock @ Hitlermania.

a HHH vs Flair feud would be amazing

The Naitch 04-06-2005 04:53 PM

Yeah I forgot that Triple H and Flair had their first match when Bischoff handed Triple H the new World Heavyweight Title. I think Flair came out, and started bad mouthing Triple H then they had a title match later that night. That month, he turned on RVD and sided with Triple H at Unforgiven

Dont forget when they had that little parade thing for him after Raw aswell. Cant remember the reasoning behind the match, but it was still a pretty good one. Flair even nailed the sledgehammer from the top rope

Special Night in Greensville :y:

It's weird how they just threw that together.

Another example was The Rock vs. Ric Flair (summer 2002). They just announced before the show that The Rock wanted to challenge Ric Flair

I remember Flair cut an amzing promo on Trips backstage before the match in Flair country. That was a great great match. WOOOOOOOOOOOOO

SuperSlim 04-06-2005 05:10 PM

that was truly an awesome match.

Funky Fly 04-06-2005 05:24 PM

He needs another retirement run.

When Stone Cold was commish/GM he told HHH on RAW he had to have a title match, but he could pick it against any former World Heavyweight champ, so he picked Naitch

Loose Cannon 04-06-2005 06:53 PM

Flair should not be getting any kind of runs. He can't put anybody over anymore and putting him over anyone is really useless. He just has to stick to being manager or commisioner.

Babyface Champions with managers usually never work though. I would have him help out an up and comer who's not over yet and needs a mouthpiece. Have Flair mold that guy into the new "Nature Boy."
