HOGAN'S LAST MATCH?

Do you really think Backlash will be Hogan's last match? Or will stick around until, say, SummerSlam? What are your thoughts on that?

adamwwe 04-23-2005 02:55 PM

I really couldn't guess, except to say that if it isn't his last match, he'll probably try to stay around for a WrestleMania 22 match against Austin.

tucsonspeed6 04-23-2005 03:01 PM

It was his last match in as much as his last last match was his last match.

If the government can give Castro drugs that make his beard fall out, why hasn't anyone made Hogan fall off a horse and become a vegetable?

Marcyo 04-23-2005 03:03 PM

Blah. I see Hogan main-eventing WM 40. This isn't his first ''last match".

I see what you're saying, but sooner or later he'll have his REAL last match, and I'm just hoping this isn't it; when the day comes, I have to be there to see it.

Corkscrewed 04-23-2005 03:42 PM

Backlash will be it. I've hired several snipers to make sure....

Corkscrewed 04-23-2005 03:42 PM

(THAT WAS A JOKE IN CASE THE HOMELAND SECURITY ADMINISTRATION IS BROWSING THIS FORUM)

6to1 04-23-2005 03:59 PM

yea he has another 3 or 4 years in him, as long as he only does 5 or 6 matches a year. an thats how the wwe should handle him, let him do 2 ppv's a year.

LK 04-23-2005 04:40 PM

I expect that this will lead to a feud with Hassan so no, I don't think that Backlash will be it.

6to1 04-23-2005 05:41 PM

i bet hassan loves this feud fighting hbk and hogan they are realy pushing him.

Eunos 04-23-2005 06:54 PM

If only i was given a pound for everytime Hogan said this would be his last run.

Kane Knight 04-23-2005 07:29 PM

It will be his last match.

And the who's farewell tour will be their last (56th time's the charm).

While I'm at it, the sun probably won't rise tomorrow.

thuganomicalcrippler 04-24-2005 10:11 AM

I won't believe that Hogan has fought his last match until I see him chained to his coffin, and buried deep, deep, down where Hulkamania can no longer survive.

thuganomicalcrippler 04-24-2005 10:13 AM

And even then, he'd be back for a Casket Match with Taker.

Coem on, he won't stay down. HE said his prayers, he took his vitamins, and you know how God loves the "little" guy.

Corndad 04-24-2005 10:22 AM

His first "Last Match" was at Wrestlemania 8 against Sid. Now after WM 21 hes got another "last match". yea Id say its not his last match. Only way he doesnt wrestle is if the crowd doesnt pop for him and I really dont see that happening just for nostalgic reasons.

olympic hitman 04-24-2005 01:54 PM

Yeah, Hogan retiring.......

That will happen the same day Flair retires......

NEVER! We will be forced to watch as 80-some odd year old guys are put over MUCH younger and more talented guys, damn, guess those "vitamins" Hogan took were pretty strong after all :wtf:

"One last match" will be "one more match" and then "one more year", why not make it "one more decade"?

The Naitch 04-24-2005 03:32 PM

Hogan will win the WWE Title one more time, brothers! Then he'll drop it in his last match

....Only to come back for his last match in six months.

The CyNick 04-24-2005 06:37 PM

Nobody retires in wrestling, they just die or get crippled.

6to1 04-24-2005 07:19 PM

that is true look vince even sometimes uses crippled people rember fred blasie in a wheel chair before he died to get orton over.

Which will suck because neither one of them can bump worth a shit now.

Fox 04-24-2005 10:23 PM

Hogan's last match will be a high profile main event on a PPV - not some thrown together tag team match against two completely green wrestlers.
