Do you want to see Kane vs Viscera @ Backlash?

Since it looks pretty much like it's gonna happen...

Kane Knight 04-23-2005 08:58 PM

Yes, I think this could be the hottest program ever.

Marcyo 04-23-2005 08:59 PM

*lingerie pillow fight, of course*

DaveBrawl 04-23-2005 09:01 PM

I don't see why not.

Sickboy 04-23-2005 09:15 PM

If it indeed is a lingerie pillow fight, then it should be main eventing Backlash. Best match of the year candidate easily.

Mr. JL 04-23-2005 10:37 PM

Viscera reminds me of that 'Thumper' character in the Butterfly Effect movie.

kb4lyf 04-23-2005 10:39 PM

v.W.o 4 lyfe.

The Naitch 04-23-2005 10:50 PM

definitely ordering Backlash now

Gerard 04-23-2005 10:55 PM

Yeah should be a good match, i'll always end up wondering when kane does a chokeslam that gets vis an inch off the mat how exactly that hurt him enough to pin him. :wtf:

Londoner 04-24-2005 12:08 AM

I'll be glued to my TV screen waiting for Viscera to do that spinning heel kick. :shifty:

Thanks for reminding me of that movie.

I wish when he went back in time to stop the problems he had created, he went back and stopped me from renting the movie.

MVP 04-24-2005 12:44 AM

As long as it's quick.

Ruien 04-24-2005 12:49 AM

Well, it will be better than watching Cristy wrestle.

I hear it'll be 15-2-5.

15 minute entrance, 2 Minutes for Vis to pin Kane, 5 minutes to get the blacked out Visera off of Kane.

45 minutes to revive Kane.

Funky Fly 04-24-2005 01:12 AM

Kane is underrated as a wrestler. The man can move like a cruiserweight, so he can probably carry Big Vis to a decent match. But it better be the opener or the Heat match.

jindrak 04-24-2005 01:26 AM

I'm hoping the E does the right thing and pushes Viscera to the moon...its whats best for business. Let me explain---->

Viscera (formerly known as Mabel) has been part of the E (formerly the F) for over 10 years. For his loyalty and hardwork, the E must finally give him the push he rightfully deserves. He is a former KOTR winner, and was among the most loyal of UT's Ministry. Not to mention he is a BIG MAN, and we know how much Vince creams his pants when he sees a 400+ pounder. Also, what other 400+ pounder can do a RVD-esque spin kick?

Not only is Viscera's atheltic prowess off the charts, but his charisma is unmatched. Case in point, last weeks skit with Trish.

Kane's character has been stagnant as of late, so the E must do the right thing and give the victory to the guy who is on a hot streak.

Don't he is on a hot streak? Let me prove you wrong.

Upon Viscera's return to the E a several months ago, he has done the following- He has had near 5 star quality matches with upper echelon talent (Benoit and Batista), and took both these guys to the limit. He was used to sell Batista's rib injury, and during his match with Benoit he withstood the crossface longer than any other guy on the Raw roster...he has defeated a tag-team champion in Tajiri where his facial mannerisms even had William Regel a bit jealous.

Whether you like it or not, Big Vis is the future of the E.

I think you have it the wrong way...Big Vis is likely going to have to carry much of the match. Speaking of moving like a cruiserweight, have you not seen the athletic ability of Viscera?

Liek I alluded to in my other post, what other 400+ pounder can perform a running spinning heel kick?

I agree with pretty much everything you said, but when RVD does the spin kick, it doesn't look like it's because he tripped...

Any wrestler worth a crap can do that. I never find the 300+ pounders who are shorter than 6'5 interesting because they are slow and can't put on endurance matches. And for the most part, they are lacking as far as basics and technical wrestling is concerned.

I disagree.

In all seriousness, can you possibly envision Batista, Snitksy, or any other big man performing a spinning heel kick?

Like Heyman said months ago, if Dave Wadding does a spinning heel kick, he will "most likely" injure himself and look like a complete idiot...but Big Vis can do it like no other big man can.

Yea, but Viscera makes up for his physical incapabilities with charisma, and in-ring psychology that would have Mic Foley taking notes.

If Viscera were to call it quits, he would go down in wrestling history as among one of the most successful black men in the business. While people can knock Viscera for what he can't do, you have to respect a guy whose been the business as long as he has and can do the little things to get over.

Mr. Nerfect 04-24-2005 06:35 AM

I don't mind Viscera, and I like his story, and I think the guy's been trying really hard as of late.

It's been a while since we've heard the big man talk, and that promo on RAW he delivered was pretty much an "A" quality promo. Let the guy go overKane with The Embalmer, and we might have a decent challenger for the IC Title sometime.

I actually wouldn't mind it if they turned Val Venis heel and had the two team up against Kane, and have them "injure" him while Kane takes a rest for a while, then comes back kicking ass with a revamped character.

Rammsteinmad 04-24-2005 08:50 AM

Not really. But it's not like we have a choice.

Londoner 04-24-2005 08:55 AM

If i hear the comment about 'what 400+ pounder can do a spinning heel kick' again i'm gonna neg rep the next person who says it. That's the only ever arguement i hear in favour of him, well get this-Viscera fans, THAT'S THE ONLY MOVE HE CAN DO!

But Kane just cameback from injury didn't he?or am i thinking of someone else?

Kane Knight 04-24-2005 09:38 AM

Wow. When did Jindrak become Heyman?

Gertner 04-24-2005 02:19 PM

This has potential to be a decent program. Trish can meet Vis's parents, and they are these huge black people, or have it that Vis still lives at home with his parents

Nah, the E can't let Viscera become a joke.

For business purposes, he must be pushed as a take no prisoners, do I look like a give a shit what you think about me? type of heel.

And maybe form a stable...vWo? :shifty:

PureHatred 04-24-2005 03:10 PM

I could seriously see the vWo getting over.

Seriously.

Jacko 04-24-2005 03:39 PM

WHATCHA GONNA DO WHEN BIG VIS DOES THE ROLEY POLEY KICK ON YOU!

Sephiroth 04-24-2005 04:11 PM

I wouldn't mind seeing the match, but it better be the opening match like Funky said.

Half an hour of filling vis with oxygen so he can get his fat ass back stage.

Gone Mad 04-24-2005 07:11 PM

Oh,man! I can't wait for the match! Yeah, all the build up and two great atheletes awaiting their chance at vengence. It should be a rocket buster and that ain't no chili cheese corndog! I cannot wait for that match, Jericho v. Benjamin.

......... Um, and Kane and Big Vis should be interesting as um, well. :shifty:

The CyNick 04-24-2005 07:27 PM

Having sex with Trish will give Vis super strength and push him to the World Title.

.44 Magdalene 04-25-2005 12:57 AM

And they should bring back Gangrel.

Consider that as on-topic as you want. :shifty:

Actually, a Kane-Gangrel-Viscera st--...naaah, I'll just leave it at that.
