Today I bought my 300th DVD. I have a problem.
For those of you keeping track it was the first season of Curb Your Enthusiasm.

300 is a problem? Time for me to check into rehabd...I'm overdue by a couple hundred discs...

I have about 70 or so. I'm so afraid that in like a year, a new format will come out making DVD's obselete.

it took about 15 years for VHS to be replaced..you're safe for a while.

Yeah I got a problem with that. Although you have more than I do, I haven't been collected for to long, just bought 8 more today. Making that 9 DVDs this week as I got Curb Your Enthusiasm on Tuesday, I buy way to much. I said I wasn't going to buy any this week except CYE but I just had to.

As technology advances, faster replacement is all but impossible to avoid. The only stumbling block are consumers, but they're pretty easy to sway...If Fox News has taught us anything, it's that people are sheep.
