...the beats starts and it sounds like somebody is rolling their tongue, but then there's a voice saying something. To me, it sounds like "and the new" or some shit, but I don't think it is. What is it?

My best guess is "Vamos nos" which is spanish for let's go.

It sounds almost like 'abanue' or 'avenue'. It does sound similar to 'and the new', but it's not, I'm pretty sure.
