Actually, Milhouse only has homosexual tendencies. He's not an outright homosexual. Especially since, in a couple of episodes where they've shown the future, Lisa and him have had a relationship in their late teens.

I loved the episode where Lisa liked Nelson...and Millhouse wrote a letter to Nelson for her..saying "Guess who likes you"...and when Nelson read it and turned around, Millhouse was moving his eyebrows up and down hahahahaha

nah i think that lenny might have a crush on Carl, but Carl is obsessed with himself. The only 3 characters there are so far is Patty, Smithers and John...Milhouse has gay tendencies, but so does alot of the characters like Homer who kept imagining about Flanders in a skin tight ski suit.... u kno when he says damn sexy flanders as he falls down a ski slope

That Karl guy, Homer's assistant when he grew hair was gay.

Well, on the subject of Milhouse, there was that episode (recently) where he kissed Homer and seemed happy about it. Then when someone said something about Homer, Milhouse came on screen and said something like "He's the kind to kiss you and leave you!"

It doesn't mean he's GAY, but it doesn't prove he's straight, either. Maybe he's just bi...
