Need some help, My net is screwed up
 

I'm on 56K Modem, and I'm on XP.

Whenever I dial through, it takes ages (like, 3 times longer) to dial up, and it's only connecting at 28.8kbps. Its been happening for a couple of days.

How can I get it back running normally?

See if there's a different access number you can use.
