Gangrel returning to WWE?
 

Great, I really wanted Gangrel to return as well when they said Viscera was. I hope Gangrel goes to Smackdown though.

I remember him on tv a few months ago for a match against Taker I believe.

but since then hes hasnt been seen

It would be great if they brought him back and did the whole Ministry thing...yea I know its played out and over with but still with word spreading of Taker retiring soon it would be nice to see him play a role of a leader again just to keep him around.

He basically has a gimmick, and that's it. His in-ring skills are below average, and for a veteran worker, you'd think he was a rookie. He's sloppy and often dangerous, and isn't anything at all in the promo department.

He'll blend right in with the rest of their roster. :shifty:

Randy Orton stole my reverse headlock neckbreaker, I say us against them in a tag match. Especially while Randy's hurt, not that I think he could beat me when he's healthy. :shifty:

I don't care. They'll probably use him. He'll suck. And sooner or later win the Title.

I always marked out for Gangrel, but it was mostly because he took his name from Vampire: The Masquerade, and I love that game. But he also had a fairly neat looking entrance, and a good look, but not much else, unfortunately.

The only thing I miss about Gangrel is his awesome entrance (the coming up through fire part, not the drinking out of the goblet and spitting blood part) and his music.

I never watched when Gangrel was around full-time, so this will be new for me. Most people I know say he's decent, and can carry a match OK, and was a decent contender for the IC Championship.

No one was thrilled when Viscera came back full-time, but he's done some entertaining stuff, and is a decent edition to the mid-card. As long as Gangrel comes back with his entrance, he will make people mark-out. Maybe they should have him as the "coach" for another New Brood, or maybe have him team with Steven Richards, who is set to return soon?

As far as a worker...meh. He didn't impress me that much when I did see him. I don't think he'll impress me when he does come back.

I like the gimmick...does that count for anything?

No seriously good for him, I don't know why now of all times WWE would bring him back seeing as how they are cutting talented people for seemingly "financial" reasons. So whatever.

I can't remember a single match with him involved... is that a good thing or a bad thing?

I'm kinda :meh: on this tho. Don't hate it, but I'm not jumping for joy either.

I knew that 6 months ago, when he got brought in with Vis, he was meant to be working the UK indy scene, but got pulled cos he signed a 3 year contract with wwe

Can't wait to see Gangrel back. I would prefer to see him on RAW but he will probably go to SmackDown.

I think he should go to Raw and feud with Edge. Simply because Edge stole the impaler after he left. Edge is a stealing bastard isn't he?

Gangrel to me is another guy who will just be there, a midcarder at most. But he's no pissbreak IMO. I'm actually quite happy with this news.
