Baseball is the best sport, period.
 

I can see the allure of other sports, your soccers, hockey, football, basketball, wankball or whatever the hell else you enjoy, but the simple fact is, no sport is as awesome as baseball. No other sport can I watch shit teams play. Baseball however, I can watch Tampa Bay play Colorado and I'd completely enjoy it. That's what makes it superior.

I entirely agree..there are so many different tools also that make all players enjoyable to watch, such as Juan Pierre of the Marlins being a small, speedy, leadoff hitter, but on the other hand, you have the exact opposite with David Ortiz being a huge power hitter..it's just fun IMO to watch so many different people play the same game in different styles.

One thing I love about baseball is that your team can define you. You get your hat and you can go anywhere and people will see the "TC" and just know "That guy's the man/a Twins fan" I dunno, hard to explain, but I love it.

I disagree - I have a hard time watching the Pirates take on the Rockies, whereas in Football I can watch just about any 2 random college teams play and love it.

I just find baseball boring. I can't tell you the last time I watched a whole baseball game. However, I do root for the Astros,Rangers, and Red Sox and boo the shit out of the Yankees. :)

I cant stand baseball! A boring american pastime, meant to be watched by fat, out of shape, lazy rednecks who consider a guy who stands in the field picking grass as he waits inning upon inning for something to happen, an athlete.

Not only that, but can you name me one Arab American player in the game today. Probably not, as we have been discriminated against far too often.

I can assure you all the NY Yankess would not be struggling so badly right now if they had acquired a muslim during the off season.

Although I can watch any COLLEGE football game as well.

I love professional baseball about as much as I love pro football, but I definitely prefer college football over college/minor league baseball.

I don't know. I have no idea how people can watch baseball. I used to be hardcore into it back in the day but I really can't stand to watch it anymore. I told myself that I was gonna get into it again this season, and I watched the opening night Yanks/Sox game and fell asleep like 40 times. I can't stand watching that shit. It is so unexciting. Also, the fact that there are so many games in the season really turns me off. I can definitely watch playoff baseball but during the season seems real pointless. It's like, if a team loses a game, it's no big deal at all. "We'll get em tomorrow." Football, every single game is huge. Losses are devastating.

Football, EASILY is fucking 92875 million times better. How can anyone argue otherwise? Seriously. I could and do watch every single game that is available to me on TV. Football is the greatest.

Watching on TV: Football>Hockey> Basketball > Baseball

Watching Live: Football> Baseball> Hockey, Basketball


Two things here:

1) Baseball is ok.Not great. Just ok.

2) I miss Hockey so much. If i could see Scott Stevens cold cock someone inbetween the blue lines i'd pay dearly.
